I am looking for a Marlin 60/75/75C stock so if that's what you have I'm interested.

Do your PMs go back far enough ? It looks like a Boyds stock. You could email them the pictures, someone there might be able to judge it by the inletting. good luck.

It has a factory Marlin butt plate

Bolt action rimfire factory laminate. I guess that makes it an XT.

Now I wanna know what rifle the OP has so I know why this doesn't fit.

I believe it's a marlin model 25 or 882 bolt action 22 clip fed. It appears to be inlettef for a bolt if not I would have said marlin model 70 clip version of the model 60 tube load.
