Long story very short version. At some point down the road I will be semi inheriting a farm. In the mean time I have been been buying small pieces of it. At the same time the farmer has been acquiring more land to keep the developers away. Last Spring he bought the farm across the street. He had plans to remove all the buildings and til the whole thing. There was the old chicken coop from the original farm on that piece. (it had been moved over there in the 70's) Since he was going to destroy it I asked if I could take it place on one of the parcels I bought. Basically bring it back home. 
Now, while it was a chicken coop it is big at 16x20. It is also at least 100 years old, if not closer to 125, so I have a little emotional attachment to it getting back home and not being demolished. I spent last summer taking it apart and moving it to its new home. It spent the winter in pieces on a wagon and this weekend we put the walls back up. It is located on the "shooting range" and will become a cabin of sorts. yeah it needs a little work, but I'm happy with it.
