Lysol is running a TV commercial. In it they are asking "Can I use Lysol for this?", "Can I use Lysol for that?", and they go on and on for like ten more uses for Lysol.

But, they need to ask one more question at the end..."Can I buy Lysol?" The answer is a BIG NO !

I haven't seen spray Lysol for sale anywhere for over 6 months now. Hand sanitizer has just become available in like the last two or three weeks.

I guess people are also #%$%ing less now because the toilet paper and paper towel shelves are usually pretty well stocked now.

^^^^^^^^^^An indication that the ad is working great.

Lysol spray is one of the few things I haven't been able to come up with somewhere during this (alleged) pandemic. I've never even got close to running out of TP, paper towels, disinfectant wipes, laundry soap, liquid hand soap, and even hand sanitizer but Lysol spray has been hen's teeth. I'm not sure why they feel they have to advertise since you pretty much can't buy it anywhere anymore.

I think Clorox liquid, wipes and spray are all in the same situation.

btw I can't stand the smell of Lysol. It is not a good air freshener.

And in five to ten years there will be another commercial that starts with "have you used lysol spray and have now been diagnosed with cancer..."
Yes.

Read the warning instructions that come on a can of stuff sold for commercial use. Holy crap. Walk away if someone is spraying that stuff!
