I don't quite understand problem? I was thinking Talo 44 spc was a revolver and all have screws but do nuts. However eschechons are a type of nut. However if you over tighten the screw the eschechon would be pulled through grips breaking grip.
Adivce seemed to for keeping screws tight, but your problem seems not to be that.
