That NIB stainless 5 1/2" ROA on GB sold earlier today for the Buy It Now price...just over $1,100.00 IIRC. Just checked, it was $1,195.00 + $45.00 shipping.


I'm looking for a 5.5" too. What should a used one go for...realistically, I mean.

I paid $595 for my first 5.5" stainless, NIB, shortly after they were discontinued. I won it with the opening bid, but it was still a case of buyer's frenzy... :oops:

I paid $420 for my second 5.5" stainless, about a year ago, on this forum. It was used, but it came squeaky-clean, with the nipples free and the box/papers intact. It could have passed for NIB. I felt that it was a GREAT deal, considering the market. Thanks, Del J!

I think $5-600 is a realistic price/value today. You might be able to find one for less (motivated seller), but if they're bringing $1200 from some buyers... you might have to wait a while to scoop one up at a bargain price!

I bought a NIB SS 5.5 a few weeks ago for $625 delivered. Just bought an unfired blued 5.5 for $400 ... just for reference.
