Linebaugh Custom Bisley in .475 Linebaugh PRICE REDUCTION

This is one I had not planned on selling, but need to move it to make way for some others that are coming together.

This stainless steel Bisley was built by John Linebaugh and is stamped number 23. It is chambered in .475 Linebaugh, has a free wheeling pawl, a Belt Mountain locking base pin, a 5 1/2-inch banded barrel, and a Bowen target rear sight. The action is as smooth as butter and it looks and shoots well. It is in very good condition. The grips are obviously custom and are of unknown origin and were on the revolver when I acquired it. This revolver has made appearances in both of my books.

Somebody needs to step up and buy this beauty. I have a matched pair to it, #34 from Kelye at BM, or I would have already snatched it up. Even with the exact gun, I keep catching myself coming back to this ad.

I have no present need for it--that is what I keep trying to tell myself. Unfortunately, myself keeps whispering--when has that ever stopped us before.

Hoping to withstand temptation, but giving fair warning, if someone wants a quality custom build, with the appointments that make these things so sought after, here you go.

With the extra cost John charges for a stainless conversion not only is that a steal without the 3 year wait, I would bet there's not many of them out there compared to its blued brothers.

I agree, this is a great deal! Linebaugh is getting $3000 just for a stainless conversion with the banded barrel. You're getting the base gun and grips for free! Somebody needs to buy it before I do.

+1...The way John Linebaugh's guns have appreciated in the last couple of years I'm surprised no one has grabbed this one, if for nothing else as an investment, John won't be making gun's forever.
