Lightweight letters have landed

These originally went to the far corners of the country.

Ruger says the Tri Color is a “Lightweight Single Six” made in November 1956 and shipped to Harvan Sporting Goods, New York NY in November 1956.

Ruger says the other is a “Lightweight Single Six LWSC” made in October 1957 and shipped to Olympic Wholesale in Los Angeles CA also in October 1957.

I really enjoy finding the history behind my guns. My plum 1965 RSS5X came from Harvan Sporting Goods also. I tried to research them but didn’t really get anywhere. Have you looked for any history?

No, I’ve not done anything except get the letters. Not really sure why I wanted them cause they’re clearly lightweights. But is kinda neat to know where they originally went.
