Levers for Ruger Rings

I was recently cruising a forum or two and I found a thread about replacing the nut on Ruger rings with a lever/nut set up. Seemed very cool and would work for me on a couple of applications. Does anyone know if they are commerically available???

the levers you are wondering about were made by meier works Tijeras New Mexico they came in blue and stainless with brass shims so you could index the lever where you wanted ,brownells sold them for awhile but sold out of what was left and the gentalman that made them quit making them. Bowen made some nice ones also when he worked on number one's but he told me he no longer makes them.
