Bought my LCP last Mar.and fired 347 rounds, experiencing 6 feed and 2 ejection jams.Ruger performed the following repairs: Replaced the barrel, guide rod, hold open, recoil springs(inner and outer) and slide. Took it to the range and ran 7 Hornady self defense and 50 FMJ flawlessly. This was the first time I've had to go to Ruger with a problem and they exceeded my expectations.Bravo Zulu!

You know any company can have a problem with a product but the good companys take care of the customer. I believe Ruger is a good company and glad to hear you`ve been well taken care of...now all you have to do is do some shootin.................

I've talked with people at Ruger two times since buying my SR9 1.1 and I've never been anything but impressed. I had one woman there return a phone call to me over a weekend and I'm very sure that if I ever had to send mine back for service it would be an easy and painless thing to do.

I can't say that about almost any other product I own. They stand behind their products and they do it with a smile, and they want their customers to be satisfied, in my experience.

You put in a call to their Customer Service department and ask a question and the person calls you back during a weekend with a detailed response? An actual person who lives in the United States? That's almost unheard of right now, but Ruger does it.
