Got an LCP the other day and finally got to the range with it. Snappy little devil and quite accurate at 30'. Shot some Hornady XTPs which held a tighter group that the Remington FMJs. 100% reliable cycling with both brands and mixed in the mag. Think that I will pick up a box of those Buffalo Bore HPs and see how they do. Should make for a nasty CCW round.

Light weight too. LCP just replaced my old Beretta Tomcat!

Just installed the CT laser. Very cool little pocket pistol!

With the CT on my LCP I can put rounds in 4"'s at 20 yards....
Free hand.

My eyes will not let me get much better...

Enjoy your LCP, shoot straight and safe!

Lateck,

Glad your enjoying your LCP.

I've been really happy with mine. It's never failed to go bang anytime I pull the trigger. I did see a company that is putting custom night sights on them. Would make it a nicer package.

Nifty little bangers aren't they? It's getting so I'd be more likely to leave my house without my wallet than my LCP.

About 400 flawless rounds through this one so far. It really likes the Remington Golden Sabres but they are waaaaay too expensive for range time. The Federal FMJs shoot OK for practice.

Gotta love the light weight. Uncle Mikes #2 holster and it doesn't 'pattern' even with lightweight shorts on.

My LCP has eat'n everything Ive put through it, from wwb, rcw, s&b.
Doesn't matter if it's cheap crap or expensive Cor Bon at 10 yards it's all in a little group. I have found I like carrying the Hornady Critical Defense for everyday.

I was in my local gun shop today, and they had a LCP with a stainless slide, that was engraved, and the Ruger logo and the letters "LCP" were in gold on the slide. They had it marked $400.

I thought it was a little garish, personally. For a small, pocket pistol, that kind of "bling" makes it look like a toy. The regular LCPs look a lot better.

Not to mention that 'bling' seems to have added about a C note to the normal price of an LCP.

Yeah, the rest of them were marked $300.

I just bought a really nice NRA Special Edition , which has cammo frame with NRA logos on the slide . $335 + TAX.

I just bought a new LCP with CT laser for $445.00 from a local gun shop. Considering the laser costs $200.00 retail, I think I got a good deal.

Thanks Ratster. I went to the range today and the laser was right on. I've got to get used to the looooooooong trigger pull though. I put about 75 rounds through it without a problem. I figure maybe another 500 rounds down range and I'll be comfortable with it.

Fired one for the first time while at the Ruger Eastern meet and was rather impressed with it. Seems to be as accurate as my old eyes allow. It hit what I pointed it at and knocked down the 'steels', at 50 ft., that were designed for larger calibers. The only negative was the looooong trigger pull. May even have to look into a new purchase.
