Check out the posts on the forum about the LC9, I have one its back at the factory for not firing all the time,to many no strikes(firing pin not hitting the primer) If it works 100% I plan to carry it,if not its history.

Lots of good info here on the forum about the LC9. I have one and really like it as an everyday ccw gun. $409 is too much though. I got that Cabelas ad as well and chuckled when I saw that. Most I've seen around lately are in the $370 range. I got mine back in June for $369 + tax.
The LC9 only ships with one mag, so if that price includes a second mag that may be worth it, if you can't find the LC9 locally for any cheaper than $380...the holster may or may not be any good, and the LC9 comes with a zippered pouch in the box anyway...so, really, the only thing that is interesting is the second mag. At MidwayUSA they are $29 with the finger rest ($25 without) so if the LC9 normally sells for $380 then it's not a bad deal...it's not a great deal, either, and if you can find them for less (I've seen them advertised at Academy Sports for $349) this deal is not enough to pass up a lower price without the extras.

Mine has been 100% since day one. Right out of the box without cleaning I fired 50 rounds without a hitch.The only issue is the long trigger.Takes getting used to.Mine has replaced my j-frame and detective special,and I have carried revolvers since the70's!

I love mine, but had 3 lightstrikes in a total of about 230 rounds.
Besides the lightstrike issue (not that is wasn't a big one!), it's a great little CCW.
Hope the lightstrikes will pass, as the gun breaks in some more.

I've put about 450 rounds through mine. I really like it. Never had a light strike, but I did have an issue with about 2 out of every 50 had a failure to extract. I sent it to Ruger and got it back in about 2 weeks, they replaced the extractor. Taking it to range this weekend to give it a go.

I've had my lc9 for about six months. No troubles. I carry it all the time. Great size, small enough and light. I paid 350 for mine, extra mag was 28 so "IF" above comes with an extra mag, not a real bad or real good price. Check the holster to see if it's any good. Still not a lot of makers have hit the market... That could be counted as a small benefit.
I got one of the first LC9's. just a guess, but I have around 1000 rounds through it, all brands, not one single glitch. I love the feel, it carries well, plus I had to have it to go with my LCP!
$359.00 out the door, but I've paid 34.00 each for three more mags. I did'nt mind so much, just wish they were a tad less expensive.

Just paid $340 for mine from Bud's Gun Shop. Only one mag though. Ordered this Monday and was shooting it this afternoon (Thursday). Only 50 rounds so far but not so much as a hickup. I love this gun.

I picked this package from Cabella's up and it was with a pouch, holster and 2 mags for the $405. I also saw this as a good deal. For the gun? The jury is still out. I have 300 rounds through it and I wish I cald say they were problem free. I have had about 6 - 10 FTE's in the first 200 rounds. Switched from WWB to Remington for the next range trip and had 100 rounds with no issues.
