Single-Sixer
Today I shot some "boutique" ammo over a chrono in my LC9.
Corbon DPX 115 gr. +p 1200/1170/1175 Avg. 1182 fps. (Three shots only)
Corbon 95 gr. DPX 1332/1304/1289/1309/1273 Avg. 1301 fps.
Fiocchi EMB 93 gr. 1172/1168/1200/1193/1187 Avg. 1184 fps.
Double Tap 80 gr. Barnes TAC-XP
1173/1382/1288/1341/1338/1293/1204/1324/1315 Avg. 1295 fps.
Since this is a backup gun & not a primary CCW the nod goes to the Corbon 95 gr. DPX solid copper bullet. Remember, this is a 3.12" barrel. Temp. was 75F. RH about 30% & elevation was 900 ft. There were no jams and only one chrono error.
