KP90... back to Prescott... :-(

After 3 range sessions with my new KP90 & progressively worse last round jams I called Ruger & the tech talked me through tweaking my ejector.

After much testing & tweaking at my fourth session I was up to a last round jam almost 100% of the time. :cry:

So they sent me a UPS label & off she went. Hopefully a new ejector will fix the problem.

Seems like it might have been quicker & cheaper to just send me a new ejector...
 
Yeah, just like it would have been easier for them to send me a new striker spring cup for my SR9 - it's just a little piece of plastic! But I'm ok with their explanation that they wanted to see the gun to see if there's an underlying reason why it broke in the first place. Don't know if that would be true for an ejector.
 
I would also be interested in knowing what they find to be wrong with your pistol as mine had that issue but like I said in your other post the replacement recoil spring did the trick for me. Let us know how it works out for you.
