Kidd charging handle kit

Has anyone used this?
if so what's your opinion on the multiple springs---instructions say white is standard,red 10% higher and gray 10% lighter--I usually shoot low velocity 22lr so I'm thinking grey is for my use

I have a set, I put in the standard spring, forgot what color. Several years ago but, I do not shoot it much, maybe a 100 rounds. I do like the different style of charge handle I got. I say try it, it's not that big of deal to change springs. I shoot high vel. only cci or federal, it works. In mine is it better now? I cannot say, not enough use.
