This should be on the bookshelf of every reloader! Particularly nice since it's in a binder.

Picked this up on a local auction recently, and I have a duplicate, so I'll offer this one to you all.
Ken Waters' Pet Loads. First edition with supplements. (see third pic for list of supplements). The supplements are hand written into the first page by the previous owner. These are essentially a compilation of articles from Handloader magazine, but I still think it's great read.
This is in pretty good shape. The binder looks like it sat some where with a few other books piled on it as it's got a bit of a curve to it. The previous owner embossed his name into the first page, and also stamped it with his Notary Public stamp. Other than that this is in remarkably good shape.
This is the first edition from 1979. I have a 5th edition from 1990, and I have compared it page for page to this one, and they are duplicates of each other. Every article that is in the 5th edition is in this first edition with it's supplements. (though not exactly in the same order. For instance he has the 25-06 update immediately after the 25-06 article, and not separated by the 257 Weatherby as they are in my 5th edition.)
Pages are in great shape, not very much wear on this. Frankly I think my 1990 edition shows more wear than this one.
From what I can tell the first edition didn't come with a table of contents. So I have included a picture of the table of contents from my 5th edition, but I marked it clearly that this page is not in the book you are purchasing here. I just included it so you could see what articles are in the book. But bear in mind the page numbers will not match at all from the table of contents pictured to the edition you are buying here. And as I mentioned before, all these articles are contained in this binder of the first edition with supplements.
I will sell this for $35 shipped USPS media mail to anywhere in the lower 48. If you're somewhere else, we'd have to talk about shipping.
Personal Check is fine as long as you're OK with me holding the book for a bit until I'm sure the check has cleared. Zelle, Venmo, or postal Money order are also acceptable.

I’ll show my ignorance on reloading …. Why the term “pet” load? As in favorite, like teachers pet?
I have "Ken Water' Pet Loads Complete Volume", "Ken Waters' Notebook" and "Wildcat Cartridges Volume 1" with all Ken Waters' writing covering wildcat loads.
And I too agree that every handloader would benefit greatly from reading through Ken Waters' writings.

He is knowledgeable and competent. I have a copy of Pet Loads and reference it frequently. The only drawback is lack of data for some of the newer powders, but I mostly use the old standbys anyway.
