Is it me, or was it the recall work that caused a problem?

I really like my Mark IV, especially how easy it is to take apart and re-assemble after cleaning. Before returning the gun to Ruger for the recent recall I rarely had a problem with failure to extract or feed, even with crappy Remington 22LR ammo. But since it came back from Ruger I have been to the range only twice, and both times had multiple failures to properly cycle. Is it me or should I be thinking of sending this gun back to Ruger?

I think I would call Ruger and say:

"Can you help me with this? I sent a Mk-IV back to you for warranty work.
Before I sent it in I had zero mis-feeds. Since I got it back I have (enter
your number here). What have I done wrong?"

That does not say you are pi.....Oops, seriously annoyed, just that there
is a perceived problem and you would appreciate their help.

My guess is that they will issue a call to UPS for a pick-up, and have it
back to you in very short order.

If not, all of us want to know.

:D
