I've been loading 9mm with bullets bought from Midway(repacked into 100 bullet boxes). Yesterday I discovered that with some careful packing, I can fit 100 rounds of loaded 9mm into the boxes in which the bullets were packaged. Good heavy cardboard boxes with fitted lids. Plenty of space to write the load data and date before giving them a wrap of clear packing tape. Almost sprained my elbow patting myself on the back. :D

I used to get Xtreme bullet empty boxes. I repurpose them to hold my own cast bullets. My source for the boxes has almost dried up.

"Almost sprained my elbow patting myself on the back." LOL, I believe I just learned a new line that I cant wait to use!!

I'm calling a stop on 9mm loading. Still have plenty of components but need to save some for cold weather.
Shifting to 6.5 Creedmoor. I have a pile of bullets and cases from all the 'tear downs' and once fired cases I processed last spring and looks like some rainy days next week may allow time to assemble some practice ammo.
Popping the seal on 8# jug of powder is sort of like opening the new car door and inhaling the new car smell(and darned near as expensive).

I have a bunch of used ammo boxes, rifle and pistol. I use them as much as possible, just put a new label on. When I see an empty box at the range in good shape I pick it up and take it home.
