Had my annual check-up with my cardiologist this morning.

He used the term "robust." There have been times I was more bust than robust.

I once had a physical by a female doctor. I asked her how healthy I was. She told me I was healthier than I deserved to be.

I had visits with my endocrinologist and my heart dr last week. Both were very positive on how I was doing, and my blood results. I've been working very hard to stay on the green side of the dirt. Good for you Bob. Glad you got a positive report.
