This is an El Paso Saddelry Tom Threepersons style holster. Fit was for a New Model Flat Top w/ 4 3/4" barrel, shown in place is an original Ruger Vaquero. There is no retention, though holster was made for a rawhide thong, which I removed. It is lined. Belt width is 1 1/2".
