Hi all, I currently have a Hogue stock on my NRA Mini-14 and would like to get one for my new tactical model. I noticed in the NRA model there is a stock liner. When I emailed Ruger customer service they said it was a "drop in" fit, but didn't know anything about it needing an end cap and stock liner. Can you help me out here,,,will I need a liner...and can I remove the one from the factory plastic stock and use it.
