Hello from southern Germany. My English is not that good but I hope I can find some buddies and some help here in the forum. I ordered a Ruger 10/22 Competiton roughly a year ago. Still waiting and none of the responsible people can give me an info when it will arrive. Does someone know if the Ruger 10/22 Tactical "Bull" will also do a good job in terms of precision up to 100m max? This rifle would be available. Thanks your four reply in advance. Best regards Patoli

Welcome. Have noticed a lot of the Ruger line of rimfires seem to be in short supply. Seems to be a lot of demand for many models and in short supply. Hopefully will catch up to meet demand. Big fan of your 98ks I might add.

Welcome to the board!

Wilkommen from Wyoming! Looks like you may not be far from the Shwarzwald...beautiful country, although I've never had the opportunity to visit. I'd suggest you post your question about the 10/22 in the "Rimfire" section of the forum, but in my experience, even the basic 10/22 can be quite accurate if you find ammunition it likes. Mine will shoot about 32mm @ 100m with Eley Club, and my wife has one with an inexpensive aftermarket bull barrel that does 27mm at the same distance with a few different types of ammo.

Welcome.
I own the rifle you're speaking of. It's extremely accurate. 100m is a long shot for precision shooting with any rimfire, but my rifle is up to it. Of course, premium target ammo is required for premium groups.

Welcome from Los Angeles California! The bull barrel Ruger 10-22s are quite accurate, but I'm spoiled by my early 90s built Volquartsen conversion on a new stainless 10-22---at 50 yards (close to 50 meters) it will put 10 shots into a single hole smaller than a US dime (US 10 cents coin)---100 yards is a different situation because the wind (if any) has more time to move the bullet... I have an old Leupold 6.5-20X scope on mine... Good luck getting your dream gun---I don't know the difficulty getting one in Germany!

Welcome from Colorado! Sorry you’re dealing with a delay. Maintain your patience - you’ll love that 10/22.
