Raised in Northern Michigan, I started shooting with my parents at about age 10. In those days a firearm was like a frypan. Just another tool in the box. I've shot now on and off for around 60 years. Assembled a rather eclectic collection of firearms over the years. Have 6 Rugers now and gave another to my wife. I have a cpl on the way. Finally decided it was time. Ex-military so I got to play with some of the army's toys as well. Great hobby! Got a membership with a range just four miles down the road so I can shoot unlimited 7 days a week. This is a great retirement activity!
