Excellent to mint Old Model Flatgate. No safety upgrade. Only flaws are very slight wear on extreme left front edge of barrel, very light cylinder ring. Small mark or loss of blueing on rear lower grip frame as can be seen in last picture. Shows very minimal use and no wear visible from use. Correct era black plastic grips with Ruger Medallions. Cylinder frame has turned a light purple color. Rest of blueing would rate at 98%. I believe this revolver has type 2 Flatgate serrated front sight, long throw ejector rod housing, and type 1 thumb piece. No papers or box. Serial number puts it at 1956 production.
