FS: No. 1 Quarter Rib for early 1B

I came across this early version quarter rib for a 1B that I have no use for. Unfortunately the previous owner was experimented with adding non-Ruger scope mounting blocks so it is nothing you would put on a show piece. But, it is completely functional and the added mounting holes are pretty much covered by the scope.

I would like to get $23 including shipping.
