I recently purchased this action at a gun show. It is extremely clean, no pitting, dents and is complete. It has been drilled and tapped for scope bases, and the bolt has been forged.
HOWEVER, I discovered a flaw after getting it home. Someone drilled a hole through the bottom of the rear receiver where the sear spring is in the trigger. The hole is approximately 3/16" in diameter and partially, about .035", cuts into the center of the third locking lug seat. I never saw this as I did not remove the bolt, just function tested the safety and trigger. Although I believe the action is still serviceable for the 7x57 cartridge, I cannot in good conscience sell the action without revealing this flaw. I am selling this as a PARTS ACTION ONLY for 150.00 shipped in CONUS. SOLD PENDING RECEIPT OF FUNDS.
