A few old photos of mine over the years. Hope y'all might find some interest.

My entire handgun battery, ca. 1960:



Top to bottom: Customized Colt New Service .44 Special; Ruger Blackhawk .357 Magnum; Colt Officers Model Match, .22 L.R.; Harrington & Richardson .38 S&W top break.

Now all Rugers, ca. 1973:



Top to bottom: Super Single Six, .22 L.R./.22 WMR; Blackhawk .357 Magnum; Blackhawk .41 Magnum; and Super Blackhawk.

Two from about 1980:



Top is 5" Super Blackhawk, below .41 Magnum Blackhawk. The Super Blackhawk belonged to my son-in-law who was killed in an auto wreck in July of 1979. shortly after his death my daughter gave the Ruger to me.

Uberti Cattleman .44 Magnum, 1975 ~ 1979:



This when Iver Johnson imported the Uberti line of Single Actions.

Ruger .45 Colt Blackhawk set up as a Bisley:



I set up several different grip styles to try each with various ammunition to see for myself which handled recoil best for me. The same .45 today:



And another .45 Colt for the same trials, set up as a Super Blackhawk (with .45 Xtra Short):

And that double barreled pistol in your first photo is............???

It`s .50 caliber pin fire. No makers name. Probably made around 1850? Maybe made in Belgium?? A old collector/mentor friend gave it to me about 1970. Has two screw holes and he suspected they were for a clip to hang the gun in a sash?? Though the gun was possibly used by a sailor or Pirate as a "Boarding pistol"?? Has no makers name.
The triggers open down when the hammers are cocked.

This is NOT my gun. It was owned by the same old friend that gave me that double barrel pistol. It is a Colt SAA that was converted to .22. The cylinder is split, the front part has .45 caliber holes as does the front of the barrel but set back is ,22 caliber. I believe Al Capone who was Ura "Duke" Duvall`s brother in law who was the original owner of "Kings Gun Works" in Los Angeles made it up. The barrel go`s through the front stationary part of the cylinder and the back part revolves.
