Just curious, any reason the black powder pistol would have to be shipt ffl to ffl?

And many other locations too. So because of different state, county and municipal laws (frequent law changes).
I always ship all from my FFL. Just makes it simpler for me. And can be cheaper as I have a great agreement with him.
