One piece, weaver style, blued, with screws? If not, will the factory screws work? Steel or aluminum?

one piece weaver several cross slats, PCed aluminum with 4 new screws. The newish American come with new bases that have a flat top and so will these. I need to know how to send pics or i can eail them to somebody?

Will the cross slats will be spaced like the usual one piece (picatinny?) bases? Allowing me to switch scopes between rifles without having to remove the rings from the scope?

yes, of course

was sighting in my custom .270 on Monday and changed to another rifle and my buddy needed his .308 so he has a new base too and one of my monopods

I am making more cuts then the two front and back like a picatinny but this was my gun and the first version. They are good the way they are but a few more cuts will look better
