Early Transition SS Box

Heres an early 1973 NM single six transition box from 1973, first year of the NM. this is and OM box with a NM sticker covering the OM info. more then likely being used up OM boxs on early NM guns. also, the Star model, single cylinder guns came in prefix 62-XXXXX and 63-XXXXX. This could be and early Star gun box. ser # on box is 62-060XX. almost minty box, complete 73 owns manual, NRA card, warranty card. $150 plus shipping. Scarce box...and be perfect for a OM to NM transition display...MR. DS

Nice scarce box, every Single Six collector needs one! But too early to have been used with a star gun. The star models didn't come around until 62-9xxxx in 1974.

S4, S5, S6, S9, KS4, KS5, KS6 and KS9. Stamped with a star on the bottom of the cylinder frame ahead of the trigger guard. Known s/n range 63-22922 to 64-07315 (blue) and 62-92978 to 63-95466 (stainless).

Once this one sells I have one numbered 62-04204 that I would sell. No extras and although very good it is not quite as nice as the one offered here.
