Eagle Grips on LCR???

Has anyone tried them?

If so I'd appreciate a reading on:

1. Is the recoil totally unmanageable in 38 sp? I'd like to be able to fire a couple dozen 158 gr std loads without coming home too-badly bruised.

2. Are they thinner (narrower) than the standard grips?

I've fired the S&W 442/642, and the recoil is more than my LCR. But I would tolerate that much recoil for ease (speed) of bringing the weapon to bear from a pocket holster, or from a Hide-It Holster.

Have not tried that specific model, but I am sure they are thinner than the rubbers. Had a very similar set on a S&W 8 shot 627 "Bloodwork" revolver.
