Life is precious... Apparently not to that motorcyclist, or his friend, either, who got lucky and missed the cars. BTW - just out of curiosity, do you know where this happened? Looks like somewhere outside the USA to me for some reason.

Because one of the car used a turn signal?

On the flip side, a good guy I know died a few days back because an approaching driver made a left turn in front of the guy's motorcycle. There was no mention of the vehicle's failure to yield only that his motorcycle struck the vehicle.
This guy was a Veteran whom I'd had enough conversations with to determine that he had been at the tip of the spear several times. I considered him my friend and I'm genuinely disturbed that the accident which caused his death isn't properly reported by the news media.

I've been riding for 45 years and the only accident that I have suffered was due to an equipment failure that put me on the ground with broken ribs. The riding shown in the video is just irresponsible. I enjoy high speed riding and fortunately for me there are some country roads where I can indulge that enjoyment safely. Speed on urban streets is just asking for tragedy.

FWIW, the most common accident involving motorcycles is when a car or truck turns left in front of the oncoming bike. Sometimes this happens because the car driver just does not see the bike coming, or misjudges the speed of the bike. Whatever the rider can do to increase his visibility to oncoming traffic will reduce the chances of this type of accident. Wearing bright colors, having a modulating headlight, having extra lights, weaving slightly from right to left rather than coming straight toward the intersection all work to make it more likely that the car driver will be made aware of the oncoming motorcycle. Doing these things have keep me alive all of these years so that I am still riding at 82.

My son was killed by a texting driver who turned left into him hitting his motorcycle head on. It took him 10 months to die and the driver of the other vehicle was charged with failure to yield the right of way.
I drive with my head on a swivel and am cautious of all other drivers because too many of them are distracted by everything except driving.

Appears to be Japan per the traffic signs and license plates on the vehicles.
Only thing I know is the impact speed was determined to be 125 MPH/202 kph.

And the riders family will sue the vehicle driver. Then the drivers insurance will settle out of court and the driver will likely become uninsurable.
IT should get through out of court. The video shows the guy on the cycle was speeding and was not slowing for the red light. you can see the other cycle run the light. Do deadly things! WIN Deadly prizes!!
