Two pins in the frame instead of three screws, looks like a New Model to me. Luckily that manual clipped into the box lid explains exactly what an "Old Model" is, for those among us who don't know any better.

There is no old model Vaquero, we have the Vaquero, and the new Vaquero, some people call it the old one cause it anit the new model :P

the 2 in the pics I posted say "ruger vaquero"

I also have 2 that say"ruger new vaquero" in 45c

they are smaller like a colt saa

I would trade the old vaqueros for new vaquero 357 with short bbl..

I would pay extra for an engraved sass set

WildEarp - I have 2 of the new Vaqueros in like new condition, both ss in 4.62" - mod. #5105 45 colt & mod. #5109 357 mag. I wouldn't want to get rid of my .357 though.
I'm going to keep this post up for a week or two and see how many offers I get and go from there
with the better deal. I will certainly keep you in mind.
