That's a really good question....my dog laying at my feet right now does not look that "brushed".

I was down near Corpus Christi in October, driving through an area called Knolle Farms and watched a coyote hunting little mammals. He was just hanging out. Pretty cool. Too far for a good photo like this (and your others).
