Hey watertender-people ARE getting shot in theirs beds at night in Memphrica. The DA is a Soros disciple. The Dem mayor has given up. This will not stop until jail is such a bad experience that no one wants to go back. Also bring back the chain gangs. The right of ways on Tennessee highways are mowed 2 or 3 times a year by contractors with new John Deere tractors and Mexican operators while the scums lay up in the jails watching TV and playing basketball. I wonder how many million dollars that costs the TN taxpayer. Ever see the the movie Cool Hand Luke? Memphis is totally out of control. But that is exactly what the Social Communists want. Everything is going to plan Comrade.

Memphis is a bad town, Tyrone and I had to do an overnight in Memphis last time we went on an "Elk Hunt". Our "leader" of this merry band of hunters was able to secure us lodging in a motel that had an 8 foot high fence limited access parking lot. Even so we backed the trailer with the 4-wheeler up to a concrete wall so the 4-wheeler couldn't be off loaded and packed our firearms into the motel room. In my opinion "Memphis SUCKS!"

First felony-you serve the minimum time for that crime.
Second felony-you serve the max. time for that crime
Third felony- you are executed, you are not fit to live in a civilized society.

black1970 I was making a general statement. The gentleman that said it told me this about 30 years ago. Sadly I know that people are getting shot in their own homes by morons out there gangbanging.

A friend's cousin was shot on her own porch 2 blocks away from the fight. The .22 round hit her in the eye and killed her. Another friend of mine had his daughter's apartment shot into during a drug dispute. The intended target lived in the upstairs apartment and one of the rounds missed his granddaughter by inches.

The scumbags doing this crap should be charged with depraved indifference and have an automatic 10 year non revocable consecutive sentence added onto anything else that they are sentenced to. I like the idea of Cool Hand Luke style chain gangs. I worked in a maximum security prison for over 15 years and saw more than you can imagine.

We have billions to spend on aid to Ukraine and on welfare for illegal aliens. The physical safety of our law abiding taxpayers should take precedence over these two areas. Screw the prisons, they're expensive. Built a bunch of guillotines or gallows and start using them.

In my hometown we have the best looking jail in the state and the ugliest high school in the state. All you need for a jail is a circus tent down in the bottom with a white line painted around it. After the first one crossed the line the rest would get the message. Let half of them grow the food and the other half mow and pick up trash on the roads. Ah La chain gang.
On a side note this is where the FBI made a daylight raid and killed an unarmed vet. Broke all the windows out and gassed the house. Passed by Monday and a repair company was installing new windows. Did not notify the Sheriff. Local law showed up 30 minutes later. And this was in the city limits. Made National news.

Why should we, the tax paying law-abiding citizens, have to pay for housing, feeding, educating, providing health care, sex changes, etc. for the next 20,30,50 or more years. After conviction and one year for any appeals the execution should take place.

I live in NW Indiana 3 miles from Illinois and 30 miles from downtown Chicago. As a result I get all my disgusting TV news from there. You wouldn't believe what happens there. Two days ago two misguided teens who couldn't afford a Glock robbed a Chicago citizen using golf clubs. They almost beat him to death, cracking his skull and thoroughly beating him head to foot. They wanted his cash and his expensive little dog to resell. They didn't get the dog but the guy is bad off. Chicago politicians are tripping over each other trying to figure out what to do with the 9000 illegals shipped to them from Texas since Chicago is a "sanctuary" city.

They can spend 16 hours on the rock pile and 8 in their bunk. With them hot bunking just like the military on a sub that would give each prison 3 times the capacity and you could convert all that recreation facility and education facilities to cells and rock piles.
