Burris Ruger-to-Weaver Base Adapter

I purchased these last week and don't think they'll work for me for my intended use. I took them out of the package, put them on a rifle, and took them back off. They might have been on the rifle for 20 minutes...maybe. They're back in the original package. I bought them on Amazon for $32.99.

I like Burris Signature rings. Use them on everything I can. Wish like hell Burris would make them for the Ruger rifles. I wanted to use these adapters on a .257 Roberts #1, but they set the scope too high for my taste. It might be perfectly fine for anyone else, but didn't suit me. If Burris made the Signature Zee rings in a "low" configuration (they don't) the combination of the low rings and the Ruger-to-Weaver adapters would have been just about perfect. Since that wasn't to be, I decided to just sell them.

These work really good on Ruger's handguns with the cutout dovetails. Scope or red dot height isn't near as much an issue.
