Buckle ID Help (Update)

Gentlemen,
Need some data on this buckle. I'm pretty sure that it was for the NHL Chicago Blackhawk's Team, maybe a fan group?
How about it Blackhawk fan's?

I'm no expert, but that looks to be a Ruger Registered Trademark logo.
Chicago Blackhawks use this logo. (Or did,unless the PC Police have made them change it)

I did numerous net searches too, and couldn't find anything on the Fisher Chapter either. Sorry I can't be of more help.

I have been informed that the buckle is NOT affiliated with the NHL Chicago Blackhawk's. It might possibly be affiliated to a church group in northern Illinois.

The bird is identical to the Ruger logo down to the trademark on the lower right. It’s a bit of a puzzle to what the organization was.
