I've come across the box for a Browning Medalist. The red felt is pulling away from the lid on the right side. Any recommendations what type of glue to use? Other options?

I've had good luck using Tacky Glue (from a craft/hobby shop), just spreading a very thin layer in there, patting the lining "down" and letting it air dry for a week before placing the gun inside (lest the glue fumes strip bluing - BT, DT, NTS).
Tacky Glue dries to an invisible/clear color.
