Bark River

Hey, that looks like one of my old Bark Rivers. BR did a pretty good job on the jigged bone handles. Sheath was unexceptional. Had to resew the thing myself. I sold mine off some years ago--had and still have lots of knives in that size range.

I have two of these. The sheath is a bad design. The point of the knife will cut through the bottom. I have fixed and restitched the first one I bought. This one hasn't cut through but I'll probably just fix it before I use it or my daughter takes it.

I have several Barkys, they are probably my favorite maker, them and Busse Combat.
Can't go wrong with a Bark River.

Got this one years ago but it came without a sheath. Guess now I know why. :unsure:

I choose my knives based on my needs and availability at the time. I have no barrier to buying a Bark River (BR) knife. I own a few or ones made by BR. My last was the Small Kephart that I really like for its versatility and I love the handle material.
