Bair trimming tool

I recently picked up a Bair trimming tool from an estate sale. I cannot figure out how to lock in the cutting shaft other than hold it manually. Doe anyone have a set of instructions that they could email me? Thanks very much.

This style? Neighbor has one, Hornady has shell holders and such still. You have to call them though.
His has a set screw to hold the cutter.

My Bair has a little allen set screw .
