Don't sell Yet They are still Legal, Read the Law you are suppose to register within one year! if you don't and no law enforcer tell you to register it it's legal till then, You will have 30 Days from the time they tell you to register it.

It would be interesting to see what would happen fiscally if there were a mass exodus from the state and the ensuing loss of property taxes,sales taxes,income taxes,etc.It would have to be well coordinated and on a large scale to be effective.One can only dream.

That would be interesting but i'm pretty sure most folks would sell their house/property which in turn would mean someone else will be paying the taxes.
unless of course they just let the property go to the banks :?
