I was at the range this morning getting ready to pay the range time, and a man steped next to me and said "You won't need that," indicating my money on the counter.

The range clerk explained "He's paying your range fee."

The man said "Thanks for your service. This is my pleasure."

Only then I realized my cap read "US Army Veteran".

I could only manage a "Thank you."
