Samantha continues to amaze me ! My Brother -In- Law came in for a visi to show off their 5 month old Baby Girl ! Samantha insisted on making a cake for the occassion, and came up with this ! She used a kind of spray on icing to color the cake. Cut some cubes from cupcakes, for the blocks, and made the Teddy Bear from Fondant, an icing like play-dooh .
Samantha wasn't real happy with the results of the blocks. She is her own worst critic ! :shock:
Here is the Mountainman breakfast I made this morning. Fried the bacon and sausage. Cooked tators w/ onoins in oven for 1/2 hour at 375 degrees. Added 6 raw, scrambled eggs on top of tators, layer of sausage, 1/2 lb. of shredded cheese, top w/ crumbled bacon. Bake in oven for another 1/2 hour. Came out pretty darn good ! Taste alot better than it looks ! Everyone was very pleased ! A nice one pot meal for a chilly Fall morning !
