I am a greeter at my church. My station is an entry in a breezeway entering from the parking lot. I greet folks as they come in, shake their hand, and give out bulletins. Then I leave that post and go organize my Sunday School class ~ make announcements, take prayer requests.

This morning, a class member was asked where I was.

His answer: "He's on howdy duty."
