9 1/2" 32M

Whats the going rate on a blued 32 with a 9 1/2" barrel? No box,just the gun in excellent condition. Have not seen much on these here lately. How rare/uncommon? Can't be a whole lot of them out there.

There is one on gunbroker right now, I was watching it (not mine), currently at $366.

At one time they were bringing $600-650. As of late see them bring ~$500.
I added a Brass Bisly GF to mine... :D

PS Both have "Homeboy" lockwork; 4 clicks, half-cock loading and still retain their transfer bars.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think OP meant how rare the 9.5s. If not ultra rare, I believe them to be "not many" and certainly not many thousands. Marketeers wouldn't have guessed there'd be that much market for what they'd likely consider a niche length, especially in a Single Six--.32 or otherwise.

They're actually more common than you would think. Ruger made 34,000 adj. sight SSM's of which a percentage was the 9-1/2". Now 34000 is certainly a lot of guns, but you don't exactly see too many of any barrel length around, because they're being enjoyed by the folks who bought them and many will likely get handed down to their kids. Several thousand 9-1/2's might be too high, but 2,000 might be too low.
Of all the .32 adj. sight guns though, I think the 9-1/2" is probably scarcest.

+1 to that. When looking for mine I really wanted a 5.5" but none to be found at the time. I ended up with a 6.5" but no disappointment at all.

I WAS surprised when my '06 RENE stated many thousands made in each version....figuring as well that the SSM9 was pretty rare. I guess I need to send Chet some $$ for the most recent RENE. And I'll stay on the hunt for the elusive SSM9 with the SSM rollmark. :shock: Has one ever been found?

I'm glad to have one in the 9.5" .. it has a SS grip frame
and the 6" has a polished alum grip frame.. two of my fav's
still want to convert to those bisley hammers :(
