Would someone please submit a picture of their finger groove 10-22 for consideration.

Well I threw my hat in the ring with this one. It has a 64 receiver and trigger group, a 66 fingergroove stock custom checkered and finished, a shiny bolt from a 1980 DSP and a 22" barrel from a 1990's Walmart special.

I sent in pictures of mine, but I like ruger66's better than the original. I hope he wins. I would buy 4 of them in a heart beat, one for each of my kids and one for me. Ed

The longer barrel would be fine, but I'm not a fan of the two-tone look.

Wouldn't be hard to offer it in both blue and stainless though.

Ruger66---You posted photos almost exactly what I sent in with my description. Only thing was that I had to send 3 photos of different rifles because I have never put one together.
Photo 1 was a nice fingergroove stock
Photo 2 was a nice walnut DSP
Photo 3 was a polished reciever, trigger group, barrel band, and butt plate

Along with the photos I asked for NO PLASTIC, something that would make a 50 year 10-22 standout/pop when you first lay eyes on it, like gold lettering, nice etched reciever, maybe red butt, rings with grooved reciever.

So you sent photos of almost exactly what I described.

I have to ask about the stock... Fajen? Did you do the finish yourself or please tell me it came from a box that way. Cash in hand!

It was a Ruger stock. From the looks of it I think it was Bishop checkered and finished.
