I always feel awkward when doing a gun ad, so I hope y'all will continue to let me know what I have missed. I am going to thin down my BP stuff even more. Today I am listing my only CVA. It is a .50 Hawken. S/N 87-481689. No idea why I impulse-bought this one used, except that my very first BP gun was a really nice CVA Hawken that I used to take hunting in Colorado in the 90's (I still go, but now I just take my two T/C Hawken rifles). This one is not a safe queen. I took 40 pics of it. I ran a endoscope down the barrel and took pics of the screen. No cracks in the stock- just the pictured chip by the lockplate. Drilled/tapped for a scope but the plugs are still in it. Recoil pad. Sling studs. The bore looks good to me. Used, but not ruined. Using the endoscope and my borelight, I don't see any kind of pitting. If there is- it is light. It has little dings/dents in the stock and metal. Nothing to affect its operation. It will come with an aftermarket spare ramrod, a box of 91 Speer .490 balls, brass flask, powder measurer, patches, nipple wrench, a couple wire brushes, jag, ball puller, and a patch puller. The gun comes with a gun sock too. Located in western Kentucky. $275 shipped for the whole shebang.
