After he won the auction, the buyer of my Vaquero pointed out a defect at the mouth of one chamber. He thought it was a chip but it is really more of a dent that caused a burr along the inner edge of that chamber. It could easily be reamed if you have access to the right tools, or I suspect Ruger would fix it for free or cheap. Unless it was there from the factory, I don't really understand how it could have happened.
