22/45 questions

Hello. My search fu is weak. I'm pretty sure I know the answer but want to make sure. I'm going to get my first 22/45 and I will be using it with a can. I want to mount a rail inbetween the factory sights. Are there any catalogued models that already offer this? I've seen the models that come with rail on top as well as under the barrel. If I go with one of these models, can I install after market sites on it? Either way is acceptable. Thanks!

All current 22/45s are drilled and tapped, and come with a weaver scope base, but there are picatinny rails out there as well...
