Prices are a little soft right now most places. $300 - $325 max if it has box and all papers. NIB might command a little more. $225 - $250 max without. There is one in my general area currently priced at $250$275. Bottom two in picture are P4s.

Exactly. I was not going to look up what it is just to write what the price should be since anyone can look that up as well.

MkII 22/45’s are selling in the $200 to $250 range around here.

MKIII 22/45’s are under $200

Not sure if you are buying or selling?

If buying. The MKIV 22/45’s have some nice features, and are worth the extra money IMHO.

Wow, that's cheap. I know they're listing at around $400 here but what they're selling at I don't know. I have a MKIII 22/45 bought new and it was less than what the used ones are listed at here.
