Lipsey's gave up their exclusive distribution for the No.1 - it is up to Ruger now, that is why the 450 BM was available from multiple distributors....

I hate to see em go, especially since it'll probably inflate the prices of the used one's big time. Only one I need is the .308 and then I'll be happy.

They make more guns than that in 10 minutes. That's the problem. "Our" baby can't be justified considering how few are made, and it wouldn't take a beancounter to realize they probably don't even make any money producing them anymore, considering the output, but of course, we haven't heard it's over yet. The #1 will likely go out with a whimper, not a "bang". Damn shame.
